At M.A.A.C. we are fully licensed and insured by MN Department of Health with a AC162 Asbestos Contractor License. We offer inspection and remediation services for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal purposes.

We also offer a full range of services like demolition (including emergency demolition), trucking & hauling, dirt work, and aggregate services. Acceptable materials can be dumped for free in our pit.

We are a “one-stop shop” where you have one company to deal with instead of five. We can do asbestos inspections (which all buildings need to have to be demolished), demolition, waste hauling, fill work, and then dirt work to reclaim the ground to topsoil. One contractor, all in-house, no subs!
